My philosophy about Nutrition:

“ Nutrition: It’s not about deprivation, instead it’s about setting up a framework and foundation for good health.” 


Good health is the key ingredient to true beauty. A diet should transform

your body, not just change it in a superficial way. The body is not a static

entity from which fat can be peeled away like layers of an onion. The

transformation must come from within, because wholly healthy, balanced

body can maintain its ideal weight. Overweight itself indicates imbalance

in the system.

Correct nutrition is essential for optimal mental and physical health, for

everyday life and for specific training and sports activities. It should

consist of a variety of whole foods.

Lifestyle Nutrition & Nutritional Counselling


Dietary changes can often be the most powerful tool that we have to recover from

illness and prevent chronic disease.  Today, a proper diet is critical to your health

and wellness. However, through the media, the books we read, and the people we

converse with, we are exposed to a multitude of diets and dietary advice. Inherently

this presents a challenge in knowing which foods, and how much of these foods,

would be the most appropriate for us.

Aside from macro-nutritional needs (protein, fat, sugar), your body also requires specific nutrients, vitamins, minerals and micronutrients - which play a vital role in metabolism. Knowledge of potential immune challenges (i.e. allergies, food sensitivities), food quality (organic vs. non-organic, GMO vs modified, etc.), and how certain foods and food groups can affect various ailments can be key to maintaining and sustaining good health


This program can help relieve symptoms  resulting from food allergies and intolerances and treat nutrient deficiency, hormonal imbalance and food-associated inflammation and pain.
